QUESTION:
    In light of the delegation of disbursement functions to RMs (and the creation of Disbursement Unit in the RMs), requesting confirmation that mission code 531 can be used by RM Disbursement Unit Staff for disbursment mission. May we also seek clarification if the authorization for approving the disbursement mission by RM DU Staff can likewise be delegated to the CD?
ANSWER:
    With the delegation of loan disbursement function to the concerned RM, the concerned country director will approve the RM loan disbursement mission.
